Q) Is Vista Wholesale a "members only" website??

A) No. You do not have to be a "member" in order to purchase from us, however, creating an account is recommended. Our site allows for Guest Checkout, but with Guest Checkout, there will be no viewable online history of your orders. You will not be able to log in and review past orders, check shipping status or get tracking information.

Q) Do I have to have a Tax ID in order to purchase?

A) A Sales Tax Number is not required in order to purchase from us, however, we do charge sales tax on all orders that ship within Indiana. If you have a Tax ID #, first create an account with us, then email your Tax ID number to us at - include the email address used to create the account. We will set your account up so sales tax is not charged.

Q) Do you have a minimum order requirement?

A) We have a No Minimum Order Policy. You can order one item or full cases.

Q) What payment methods do you accept?

A) We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover.
    We do not accept wire transfers, money orders or checks.

Please Note:

* When checking out, you must enter the billing address exactly as it appears on your monthly statement or the charge will be declined. Larger orders may require a credit card authorization form to be completed and returned to us. Your bill will show a charge from Vista Wholesale or VWI.

* We can only accept Paypal payments from Confirmed Addresses. If your address with Paypal is Unconfirmed, you will need to use a credit card (Paypal debit card is ok to use). Payments from Unconfirmed accounts will be refunded.

Q) How does Vista Wholesale keep my private data safe?

A) We use 256 Bit SSL Encryption to keep your private information safe. Your private information is encrypted and can not be viewed. We do not see your credit card information, only the last 4 numbers are viewable by us.

Q) Do you ship to international locations?

A) We ship to Countries deemed low risk by our credit card processor. The list of Countries we ship to can be seen in the dropdown box on the shopping cart page. If you are dropshipping outside the USA, keep in mind that Tracking is not available for international locations.

Q) How long before my order ships?

A) Most orders are shipped same day if ordered by 10:00am EST Monday - Friday (we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday). We will email tracking information upon shipment (Tracking is not available for international destinations). Delivery time varies and is dependent upon your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout. Please review our Shipping Information page for more information.

Q) Can I fax or phone in my order?

A) For inventory purposes, we prefer all orders be placed through the website. Our website is safe and secure.

Q) My order was short, what do I do?

A) You must contact us immediately if a shortage is found. We will investigate the issue and, if needed, contact the shipping carrier to file a claim of shortage. Please note that all packages are verified before being shipped. We will repack the order and compare it to the original shipped weight to verify any shortages. If the package appears opened/damaged when delivered, please note this with the shipping carrier at time of delivery.

Q) My package hasn't arrived yet, what do I do?

A) If your order was shipped through USPS First Class, Parcel Post or Priority Mail and does not fit into your mail receptacle or your mail carrier feels it is unsafe to leave the package, it will be returned to the post office and held for pick up. While the post office usually leaves a notice, some times it is missed. Please take the tracking number to your local post office and they can retrieve the package for you.

Q) Will I have to sign for my package?

A) High dollar orders will require a signature and can only be shipped to the address associated with the credit card used to place the order. If we have any questions regarding your order, a representative will contact you for clarification. If you place a large order and live in New York but the shipping address is California, you can expect a call from us...

Q: Do you offering any Imprinting/Personalization?

A): Sorry, we currently do not offer these services.

Q: How long have you been in business?

A): We have been in business since 1999. We started out selling on eBay in 1996 and opened our wholesale business in 1999. We are a family owned and operated business. Our website, VistaWholesale.Com has been in operation by us since 2002.

Q: Do you offer a catalog or CD of your products?

A): We do not currently offer a hard copy catalog or a CD of our products. We have attempted this in the past but it wasn't cost effective due to changing products.

Q: Regarding dropshipping, will my customer see the prices I paid?

A): No, your pricing will not be made available to your buyer. We do not send any invoices in the packages. Instead, we email all invoices to you. This keeps your pricing shielded from your buyers.

Q: Do you have a price matching policy

A): Please contact us if you find any of our products listed elsewhere at a lower price. We will attempt to match their final pricing. Please keep in mind that some companies will offer lower pricing but will tack on hidden "Handling" fees and inflate shipping fees so you must consider final costs (item plus freight).

Please consider the following when comparing prices:

- Is the item REALLY cheaper elsewhere?
Place the item into their shopping cart then get a shipping quote. Are they still cheaper?

- Do they actually stock the item?

Does the item page offer any indication of current stock levels? No? Maybe they don't stock the item themselves and instead use dropshippers. Review all their available information. You may be surprised to find out your favorite wholesale supplier actually uses dropshippers and doesn't even stock any product at their location. This may cause delays in getting your order shipped out due to out of stock items. We stock all our products ourselves and do not use dropshippers to ship our orders.

Q: Why should I shop to your site?

A): We have been in business since 1999. We are not a fly by night company. We have thousands of happy customers and have shipped over 300,000 orders. With the number of orders we have shipped and being online since 1999, there are bound to be an occasional unhappy customer. Keep in mind, we are committed to customer satisfaction.

- Tracking number or Delivery Confirmation on all Domestic shipments
- A secure checkout that uses full SSL to keep your information safe
- We do not store any credit card information so your information is safe
- A fair and balanced return policy if you are unhappy with your purchase

Q: Can I shop at your warehouse?

A): We do not offer in-store shopping. We also do not offer customer pick ups.
