Returns:
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and need to return it you must contact us within 3 days of receipt of the purchase. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). This RMA number must be included with the returned package. Packages returned without a return authorization issued will be refused.
Customer pays return freight for non defective items. All original item pieces, item packaging, including the original box the item came in and all paperwork must be returned. We will either issue a store credit or refund the purchase price to your original payment method. There will be a 15% restock fee and original shipping costs are not refundable.
When contacting us for a return, please select RMA from the dropdown box on the contact us page Include the order number along with the reason for the return.
Warranties:
We warrant all items for a period of 10 days. If you receive a defective item or the item is missing parts, please let us know and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Damages:
We fully insure all packages that ship via UPS. If you receive a damaged or broken item that shipped via UPS contact us within 3 days. We will file an insurance claim on your behalf. Upon settlement of the claim by UPS, we will either ship a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. You must keep all original packaging materials, including the original shipping box for a period of 10 days after contacting us.
Insurance on USPS Priority shipments is not available. We recommend UPS since the insurance costs are built into their shipping fees. UPS shipments are shipping fully insured against loss or damage. USPS Priority shipments are not insured.
