Returns and Damages


If you receive a damaged or defective item, or unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at: orders@vistawholesale.com within 5 business days of receiving your order. For damages and defects, you will need to provide the order number, item number(s) of the damaged items and the exact nature of the damage (ie, broken, missing parts, etc).


Returns:


If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and need to return it you must contact us within 3 days of receipt of the purchase. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). This RMA number must be included with the returned package. Packages returned without a return authorization issued will be refused.

We do not issue call tags or send return shipping labels. Customer pays return freight for non defective items. All original item pieces, item packaging, including the original box the item came in and all paperwork must be returned. We will either issue a store credit or refund the purchase price to your original payment method. There will be a 10% restock fee and original shipping costs are not refundable.

When contacting us for a return, please select Returns from the drop down menu on the contact us page. Include the order number along with the reason for the return.

Warranties:

We warrant all items for a period of 10 days. If you receive a defective item or the item is missing parts, please let us know and we will work with you to resolve the problem.

Damages:

We fully insure all packages that ship via UPS at no cost to you.


Please
contact us within 3 business days if you receive a damaged item. UPS may contact you to set up a time to inspect any damaged items therefore you must keep the item for a period of 7 business days. If an inspection is not required (or UPS has not contacted you), you can discard any damages after 7 business days (we will not need the item returned). We no longer ship replacements to cover damaged items therefore, upon payment of the claim by UPS, we will issue a refund for the damaged item plus any applicable shipping fees associated with the item, to the payment method you used when placing your order.

USPS shipments are not insured and items damaged when shipping via USPS are not covered against loss or damage. If you want to protect your purchase against loss damage it is recommend that you select UPS as the shipping method when checking out.
