|We ship all orders from our warehouse located in Greencastle Indiana 46135. We ship Monday - Friday excluding Post Office holidays. We ship Saturdays between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Post, 1st Class (orders under 1 pound), UPS Ground and UPS 2 or 3 Day Air and Next Day Air. Shipping costs vary, depending on size and weight of the order, shipping method chosen and where the shipment is going.
Shipping quotes can be obtained by adding the item(s) to the cart, entering your zip code in the Calculate Shipping box and clicking the Go button. Shipping will be calculated and the various shipping options will appear below the Calculate Shipping box.

- All UPS shipments are fully insured at no extra cost to you.
- USPS First Class and Priority shipments are not insurable.

Order Processing Time:
We try to ship all orders out the same day they are received (excluding weekends and holidays). However, order processing time can be 1-2 business days, depending on the season (November and December may see a slight delay in order processing). Processing time does not include transit time, which is the time it takes the shipping carrier to deliver your package once it leaves our warehouse.
We try our best to make sure inventory figures listed on our website are accurate however on occasion an item you ordered may be out of stock. In the event of an out of stock item, in stock items will ship while out of stock items will either be canceled from the order or back ordered. We will note any back ordered/out of stock items on your packing slip.
Shipping Notice Emails:
All orders will ship with a tracking number that can be tracked online. We send an email with your tracking information once your order ships. It is possible your email provider may put our email in your Junk or Spam folder. If you have not received an email letting you know your order has shipped, log in to your account to review your orders. If you do not see the order in question listed, click View All to show more orders.
Due to the fragile nature of some of our items, we take care not to over pack the boxes. Some times your order may not fit inside a single box. If you did not receive your order in full, first check any packing slips to see if an item is on back order. If no items are showing on back order then the boxes have become separated in transit and you should expect any remaining items to deliver the next day. If this is not the case, please contact us.
Please review our Return and Damages page for detailed information on any problems with your order however, damaged items received must be reported to us within 3 days so we can file a UPS claim. USPS shipments are not insured against loss or damage.
We offer both USPS (U.S. Mail) and UPS shipping options.
For USPS (U.S. Mail), we offer 3 options, Below is their estimated transit times:
USPS Priority - 1-4 days (excluding Sunday)
Parcel Post - 2-6 days (excluding Sunday)
First Class (under 1 pound) - 2-6 days (excluding Sunday)
UPS Mail Innovation is an option for our fleece blankets and is considered Economy. Transit time is 2-5 days. (Excluding Sundays).

is a UPS map which will provide a general idea of the transit time from
our warehouse to your location. This is for UPS shipments only. UPS
does not delivery on Saturdays or Sundays so those days are not included
in the transit times listed on the map.
