Shipping & Order Processing Information:
We currently ship within the United States and most international locations. We ship via USPS Priority Mail, 1st Class (orders under 1 pound), UPS Ground and UPS 2 or 3 Day Air and Next Day Air. Shipping costs vary, depending on size and weight of the order, shipping method chosen and where the shipment is going.
Shipping quotes can be obtained by adding the item(s) to the cart, choosing your Country, state (or Providence), entering your zip code and clicking the recalculate button. Shipping options and freight quote will be viewable in the drop down box under the subtotal. When considering the shipping method please keep in mind that orders shipped
via UPS are fully insured.
Order processing time is generally 1-3 business days, depending on the season (November and December may see a slight delay in order processing). That means your order will ship 1 to 3 days after you submit it to us. This does not include transit time, which is the time it takes the shipping carrier to deliver your package. In stock items will ship together while out of stock items will be canceled from the order. We do not back order out of
stock items.
We will sent an email with tracking information once your order ships. To check the status of an order, please log in
to your account and select Review Orders / Track Packages link.
