Q: What shipping methods do you offer?

A): We currently offer USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service). The system will show USPS rates by default because USPS is generally cheaper on smaller orders. If you would like to check UPS rates, you will need to select "More Carriers" on the shopping cart page (only viewable after entering your city and zip code)

Q: How much is shipping going to cost?

A): Shipping costs are determined by total weight of your order, shipping method chosen and the destination zip code. You can get a freight quote on the shopping cart page. Please note that until the system has your zip code, the cart will show shipping costs as "To Be Determined" or show 0.00 due for freight

Q: How soon before my order arrives?

A): Transit times depends on your destination. Please review the estimated delivery times below. Keep in mind our standard order processing time is 1-2 days. This is the time the order is placed until it leaves our warehouse. This time frame does not include weekends or Holidays. (Please allow up to 5 days during November and December) If processing of your order will exceed these times, a customer service representative will contact you. All order ship from Indiana, Zip Code 46135.

Actual delivery times are dependent upon the shipping method chosen.

- USPS 1st Class mail: 3-7 Days (Depending on Destination)
- USPS Priority Mail: 2-5 Days (Depending on Destination)

UPS Delivery Times

Q: I didn't get all my packages for my order. What do I do?

A): We may have to ship your order in more than one box due to the size so it is possible to receive multiple packages on different days. This is usually caused when packages get separated during transit. You may log in to your account to review tracking numbers and estimated delivery date if available.

Q: Will I get a tracking number for my order?

A): All Domestic orders leave our warehouse with tracking/delivery confirmation. There is no additional cost for this service. Orders over $100 may require a signature upon delivery of package. Once your order has shipped, we will send a courtesy Order Status email complete with tracking information, product details and destination address. You may also view all of your orders 24/7 by logging in to your account using the link located on the home page.

Q: Can I buy insurance for my order?

A): If you would like your order insured, we suggested choosing UPS as the carrier. All UPS shipments will leave our warehouse fully insured at at no additional cost to you. UPS automatically insures packages up to a value of $100.00. We cover the cost of insurance on orders over $100.00.

Q: My order is being dropshipped. Will the buyer know the freight costs?

A): All orders shipped within the USA, will have the shipping costs hidden using a barcode. Your buyers will not know your actual freight costs you paid for the order as this cost is not printed on the shipping label.






International Shipping Information


Q: Do you ship internationally?

A): We do ship to international destinations. We ship to those Countries determined Low Risk by our credit card processor. These Countries include:

Australia, Austria, Azores, Bahamas, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Canary Islands, Denmark, England, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Iceland, Ireland/Eire, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Northern Ireland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Scotland, Spain, St. Croix, St. John, St. Thomas, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Vatican City, Virgin Islands, and Wales. If your Country isnt listed above, we do not ship there.

Q: How can I determine freight costs to my Country?

A): To get a freight quote for international orders, you will need to add the items to cart and proceed to checkout. Once there, you can enter the country information for a shipping quote. The freight costs will vary, depending on total weight of order, shipping method chosen and destination.

Q: Can all of your items be shipped internationally?

A): We are unable to ship our lighters outside the lower 48 States. If you are an international customer (or Alaska/Hawaii customer) and your order contains lighters, they will be removed from your order and your order total will be updated. We also can not ship airsoft guns and knives to international locations

Q: Will I have to pay customs fees on my order?

A): Customers are responsible for any and all customs fees, broker fees, V.A.T. fees, duty fees, taxes etc... on their orders. These fees are not charged to you during checkout. They will need to be paid when your order delivers (if due). We are unable to send orders out marked "Gift" or mis state the value of the items on the custom form. Please do not ask as your request will be declined.

Q: What payment methods are available for international buyers?

A): We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards. We also accept Paypal.

Please note the following payment terms for international orders:

PayPal: Must Be "Non-US Verified". The order must be delivered to your confirmed PayPal address. We no longer offer dropshipping services for international orders via Paypal. If you place an order for dropship via Paypal, the order will be shipped to your confirmed Paypal address regardless of the shipping address.

Credit Card: A completed Credit Card Authorization form must be received by us prior to making your first purchase. Once received, the authorization may be used for any future purchases with that credit card without the need to resubmit a new form. We can only ship to the address associated with the credit card.

We reserve the right to cancel/refund any order/payment for international orders that do comply with our payment terms.

Q: My order never arrived. What do I do?

A): Please note that international orders can take up to 4 weeks to deliver. While our shopping cart states 4-10 days, this is an average time frame and does not take into consideration issues within Customs. If you order has not delivered within 3 weeks, it is possibly being held in Customs. Please contact us and we will get the customs ID number to you. Your local customs office should have any available information regarding your package and can locate the package using the Customs ID number.

If your order shipped UPS please check the tracking number via http://ups.com. If your order shipped via USPS and was insured, please contact us and we will start an insurance claim. Please remember that the United States Postal Service will not begin an insurance claim on international packages until 30 days have passed from shipment date.
