We accept Paypal and Credit Cards for international orders with the following restrictions:
- Orders paid by Paypal must be from a "Non-USA Verified Account" and ship to your Paypal address only
- International credit card users must have a credit card authorization form completed in full before ordering
Item Restrictions:
We can not ship Lighters, Knives or Airsoft items outside the USA.
The above policies are sctrictly enforced.
Orders that do not follow our terms will be canceled and refunded.
We only ship to the following countries:
Australia, Austria, Azores, Bahamas, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Canary Islands, Denmark, England, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Iceland, Ireland/Eire, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Northern Ireland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Scotland, Spain, St. Croix, St. John, St. Thomas, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Vatican City, Virgin Islands, and Wales.
If your Country isnt listed above, we do not ship there.
Custom and Duty Fees:
Customers are responsible for any and all customs fees, broker fees, V.A.T. fees, duty fees, taxes etc... on their orders. These fees are not charged to you during checkout. They will need to be paid when your order delivers (if due). All orders are shipped with the actual cost declared on the customs form.We will not mark "Gift" on the customs form nor will we change the value of the items on the custom form to a lower than actual value. Please do not ask as your request will be ignored and the order may be canceled.
Shipment and Transit times
Due to extra steps needed to process international orders, please allow up to 3 business days (6 business days during November and December) for your order to be processed and ship. Please be aware that international orders can take up to 4 weeks to deliver. While our shopping cart states 4-10 days, this is an average time frame and does not take into consideration issues within Customs. If you order has not delivered within 3 weeks, it is possibly being held in Customs. If your order was shiped via USPS, you will have received a Customs number via email when the order shipped. Your local customs office should have any available information regarding your package and can locate the package using the Customs ID number. You may also obtain this number by logging in to your account.
If your order shipped UPS, you can review the tracking number by logging into your account and checking the status at www.ups.com.
